Watchers
Currently in production, this short observational documentary follows Patty and Stuart Ellison, a retired couple from Belgrade, Montana, and their trusty co-pilot, Benny the mini Australian Shepherd, on their wolf tracking journey through Yellowstone National Park.
A Changing Landscape
This experimental documentary short showcases the commercialization and development of America’s National Parks, in a time period where federal funding for these spaces is being severely cut.
A Melting Past
Featuring Dr. Craig Lee, this short documentary discusses and emphasizes the importance of archaeological discoveries being found at high elevation ice patches, and how much is at risk of loss as global warming continues to increase. Utilizing hand-drawn animation, the vitality of permafrost to not only Dr. Lee, but to the entire archeological community is shared.
Estuary Endangered
Still in post-production, this short documentary shares the story of the Indian River Lagoon on Florida’s Atlantic coast, America’s most diverse estuary, and the constant threat it faces as development in coastal Florida continues to pollute our waterways, this film exists in a space to be expanded, as the story is nearly as large as the estuary itself.
Rescue. Rehab. Release.
As the first documentary I produced and directed, this film shares the story of The Turtle Hospital, in Marathon, Florida. Using Hanson Buoy, a turtle rescued by my family and I, as the vessel for the story of the hospital, everything that they do for the turtles is shared, and everything we as citizen can do is emphasized heavily.
